GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ‘Bearded Villains World Meet 2023’ (BVWM23) - V1.1

These Conditions apply to the purchase of BVWM23 related Products and/or Services by the Consumer through all Official Sales Channels and the subsequent use of such Products and/or Services by the BVWM23 Visitor (all as defined below).

1. Definitions

1.1 Agreement: the agreement between the Consumer and BVBE vzw (when applicable) for the purchase of BVWM23 Products and/or Services. This Agreement consists of these Conditions, as well as the confirmation

1.2 Entry/Bracelet Fee: The price charged for an Entry Ticket + Bracelet, where the BVWM23 Bracelet can be collected at the entry of the BVWM23. The Entry/Bracelet Fee will be announced on www.bvbe.be before the official start of ticket sales for the BVWM23.

1.3 Conditions: the present general terms and conditions, including their annexes.

1.4 Consumer, You, Your, Main Buyer means the consumer, legal entity or de facto association that enters into the Agreement for the purchase of the BVWM23 Products and/or Services as provided herein.

1.5 Box Office: The only official point of sale for Vouchers purchased directly from the BVWM23 Organiser, and central contact point.

1.6 BVWM23: the event/edition concerned.

1.7 BVWM23 Organiser: BVBE vzw, located at Lobeekstraat 49, 8710 Wielsbeke, Belgie, and registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0697.841.457, the organiser and producer of the BVWM23.

1.8 BVWM23 Products and/or Services means the products and/or services relating to the BVWM23, as offered to and purchased by the Consumer through the Official Sales Channels, i.e. the BVWM23 Organiser for the purchase of BVWM23 entry tickets. Vouchers (eg. ‘Boose Card’,... )may be added to such purchase

1.9 BVWM23 Site: the Event location (Brouwerij Haeseveld, Alfons Braeckmanlaan 430, 9040 Gent)

1.10 BVWM23 Visitor: The natural person who visits the BVWM23 and thereto holds a valid authorization, e.g. a valid Event Bracelet (as defined in this Agreement), and ultimately uses the BVWM23 Products and/or Services in accordance with the Agreement (such as, for example, the employees or Consumers of B2B Consumers or the natural persons who purchase BVWM23 Products and/or Services in their own name and for their own account).

1.11 Force Majeure: Any of the following circumstances which render the performance of obligations (other than payment obligations) under the Agreement and/or the BVWM23 impossible, impracticable or unsafe: natural disaster, unavoidable accident, fire, strike or other industrial action, war or threat of war, act of hostility towards the state, act of terrorism or threat thereof, riot or civil commotion, national emergency, promulgation, rule, order or act of any government or instrument of government, failure of technical facilities, epidemic (including a health epidemic), pandemic (including a health pandemic), interruption or significant delay or failure of technical facilities, or failure or significant delay of necessary transport services, or any other event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Parties, as applicable. Adverse weather conditions shall in principle not be considered a Force Majeure event, provided, however, that if such weather conditions are severe or threatening enough for a declaration by applicable governmental authorities that the conditions threaten public safety, such weather conditions shall be considered a Force Majeure event hereunder.

1.12 Official Sales Channel: the BVWM23 Organiser.

1.13 Pick Up: the delivery method whereby the Consumer must pick up the Event (entry) bracelet for the BVWM23 at the designated desk (at the Entry) at the BVWM23 Event Site.

1.14 Ticket Refund Fee: if an entry ticket for the BVWM23 purchased from the BVWM23 Organiser is refunded after purchase, according to the refund provisions stated here, a Ticket Refund Fee of 10% of the ticket sales value (with a maximum refund fee of 5,00 €) will be charged for each refunded ticket and thus deducted from the refund amount.

1.15 BVBE Account: by creating an online account at www.bvbe.be You can register for the sale of BVWM23 Products and/or Services and stay up-to-date on all BVWM23 news.

1.16 BVWM23 Bracelet: BVWM23 Visitors can only access the BVWM23 via an official dedicated event bracelet.

1.17 Voucher: A BVWM23 voucher is an additional purchase from the BVWM23 Organiser, as applicable, operating on or around the BVWM23 Site. Vouchers are promoted and offered for sale by the BVWM23 Organiser through the Ticketing platform or at the event Box Office (during the Event opening hours). Specific terms and conditions may apply to the purchase of a Voucher.

1.18 Waiting List: If one or more types of tickets for the BVWM23 are sold out, the BVWM23 Organiser may open a waiting list. By registering on the Waiting List, You authorise the BVWM23 Organiser to contact you if tickets become available again and the tickets may be offered to You through Waiting List sales.

2. Scope of the Conditions

2.1 The Annexes form an integral part of these Conditions. The Consumer is requested to accept these Conditions during the purchase process and at the latest when entering into an Agreement through the Official Sales Channels. You can always consult a recent version of the Conditions at www.bvbe.be.

2.2 If You purchase BVWM23 Products and/or Services not only for yourself but also for others, we remind You that it is Your sole responsibility to inform those people of these Conditions and any other terms and conditions that may apply to Your purchase (including the terms and conditions mentioned in article 2.3 below), and to obtain their agreement to those terms and conditions prior to Your purchase.

2.3 When You purchase BVWM23 Products and/or Services through another Partner (eg. anything that is not bought via the official Sales Channel. For example Tattoo artist, …), the other Partner (and not the BVWM23 Organiser) is Your contracting party. You will enter into a direct agreement with them and You will then be subject to their own terms and conditions of sale.

It is the sole responsibility of such a Partner to provide You with a copy of the applicable terms and conditions, including these Conditions, during the purchase process and no later than the conclusion of the agreement with You. Otherwise the general legal conditions as defined by law are applicable. The BVWM23 Organiser is released from any contractual liability to You.

3. BVWM23 Products and/or Services: general provisions

3.1 No right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is expressly excluded based on Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. This means that You do not have a cooling-off period of fourteen (14) days to revoke, cancel or return the purchase of BVWM23 Products and/or Services.

3.2 Age limit

The minimum age for entry to the BVWM23 is eighteen (18) years. Any person born in 2005 or before will be allowed entry to the BVWM23 even if that person only turns 18 after the BVWM23.

The BVWM23 Organiser will deny entry to the BVWM23 if, for example, the identity check mentioned below shows that the BVWM23 Visitor has not reached that age at the start of the BVWM23.

An exception will be made to this rule if the person is accompanied by a parent, guardian and/or other adult.

3.3 Official Sales Channels

3.3.1 BVWM23 Products and/or Services can only be purchased through the Official Sales Channels.

3.3.2 BVWM23 Products and/or Services obtained by any other means (through another sales channel will not be considered valid by the BVWM23 Organiser and the BVWM23 Organiser reserves the right to refuse the holder of such ticket access to the BVWM23.

3.4 Ticket exchange

3.4.1 Purchased BVWM23 Products and/or Services cannot be exchanged for another type of BVWM23 Product or Service (e.g. ticket/package).

3.5 BVWM23 entry/admission ticket

3.5.1 You are only allowed to participate in the sales with one account. If You purchase tickets with different accounts, the BVWM23 Organiser reserves the right to cancel all orders placed by You, from Your different accounts.

Personalisation

3.5.2 Each entry ticket to the BVWM23 is provided to You via an e-ticket and must be personalised by entering the name, email address and nationality of the BVWM23 Visitor. The BVWM23 Visitor may be Yourself or other people for whom You purchase tickets. Eventual Business Packages do not require personalisation.

3.5.3 Unless otherwise stated by the BVWM23 Organiser, this personalisation of the BVWM23 entry ticket must take place during the ordering process. The BVWM23 Organiser reserves the right to cancel the sale of tickets for the BVWM23 for which personalisation has not taken place.

3.5.4 If You purchase an entry ticket to the BVWM23 not only for Yourself but also for others (Your "Guests"), it shall be Your sole responsibility to obtain - to the extent required by law - the consent of such persons to transmit their personal data to the BVWM23 Organiser in the context of the personalisation of such ticket, as stated herein. The provisions of Article 2.2. shall apply accordingly.

3.6 Box Office

3.6.1 The Box Office can only be accessed for purchases through the BVWM23 Organiser and also serves as information desk.

3.7 BVWM23 Bracelet

3.7.1 For each BVWM23 entry ticket purchased and personalised, the BVWM23 Organiser will provide You with a BVWM23 Bracelet, which must be obtained before entry to the BVWM23. A BVWM23 Bracelet is personal and can only allow one (1) person access to the BVWM23.

Entry to the BVWM23 and identity check

3.7.2 Only a legitimate BVWM23 Bracelet can grant the BVWM23 Visitor access to the BVWM23 site. In order to be admitted to the BVWM23, the BVWM23 Visitor must always be in possession of a valid BVWM23 Bracelet registered in his/her name. The BVWM23 Visitor enters the BVWM23 grounds at his/her own risk.

3.7.3 All Event entry tickets will be scanned and validated upon entering the BVWM23 Site.

3.7.4 The BVWM23 Organiser reserves the right to check (or have checked by designated representatives) the identity of anyone entering the BVWM23 Site. If one cannot be identified or if the name on the Entry Ticket does not match the identity of the person entering as stated on the identity document, the person concerned will be refused entry to the BVWM23. A valid proof of identity can be a valid identity card, passport or driving licence. The name on the identity document must be the same as the name on which the Entry Ticket is registered. Copies of identity documents will not be accepted.

3.7.5 A denied admission under clause 3.7.4 does not entitle anyone to a refund.

Loss or theft of your BVWM23 Bracelet

3.7.6 You are solely responsible for loss or theft of Your BVWM23d Bracelet after receipt from the BVWM23 Organiser (in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions).

Only BVWM23 Visitors in possession of a valid e-ticket and corresponding ID can collect their BVWM23 Bracelet.

3.7.7 In case of loss or theft, pursuant to articles 3.7.6, the BVWM23 Organiser is never obliged to provide You with a new Bracelet. Nor can a refund be demanded.

4. Cancellations and refunds

4.1 Please note that all sales are final. For purchases from the BVWM23 Organiser cancellations and refunds can only be processed as provided here. For purchases from a Third Party (travel agency, etc), the cancellation and refund policy is governed solely by the Third Party's terms and conditions. The BVWM23 Organiser bears no liability whatsoever.

5. Liability

5.1 Liability of the Consumer and BVWM23 Visitor

Refusal of access

5.1.1 Those who fail to comply with these Conditions will be immediately refused entry to or removed from the BVWM23 Site. No refunds will be made unless otherwise agreed here.

5.1.2 The BVWM23 Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to multiple editions of other events organised by the BVWM23 Organiser, depending on the nature of non-compliance with these Conditions (e.g. if you sell drugs at the BVWM23).

Prosecution

The BVWM23 Organiser reserves the right to prosecute any holder of forged tickets relating to the BVWM23 and BVWM23 Bracelets and any person who fails to comply with these Conditions.

5.2 Liability of the BVWM23 Organiser

Direct damage

5.2.1 The BVWM23 Organiser shall only be liable for damage directly and exclusively resulting from an error by the BVWM23 Organiser. Excluded from compensation are (i) damages and losses caused by Force Majeure, (ii) consequential damages and (iii) damages caused by misconduct, recklessness or serious fault by the damaged party.

5.2.2 The BVWM23 Organiser is not liable for damages, theft or any accidents to vehicles or persons in the BVWM23's official car parking. Such parkings are always used at your own risk.

Force majeure

5.2.3 The BVWM23 Organiser may only cancel or postpone the BVWM23 in case of Force Majeure or if the BVWM23 Organiser has another demonstrable compelling reason to cancel or postpone the BVWM23. You shall in such case be entitled to compensation in respect of the purchased BVWM23 Products and/or Services in accordance with applicable law, but shall not be entitled to compensation for any other damages (direct or indirect).

6. BVWM23 Products and/or Services purchased from the BVWM23 Organiser

6.1 BVBE Tickets platform

6.1.1 BVWM23 Products and Services can be purchased directly from the BVWM23 Organiser, via the www.bvbe.be Website. A purchase can only be processed after the purchase price has been paid in full:

  • Entry ticket for the BVWM23

  • Vouchers issued by the BVWM23 Organiser (e.g. food truck, drinks, parking or other vouchers offered).

6.1.2 The BVWM23 Organiser's Conditions and privacy policy are made available in full text and must be accepted before a purchase can be made.

7. BVWM23 Products and/or Services purchased from a Third Party

7.1 When You purchase BVWM23 Products and/or Services through a Partner, the Partner (and not the BVWM23 Organiser) is Your contracting party. You enter into an agreement with them and are subject to their own terms and conditions of purchase, as well as to these Conditions. In case of conflict or ambiguity, the terms from the agreement between You and the Partner take precedence over these Conditions. All our ‘partners’ wear a 'BVWM23 Partner’ badge.

It is the sole responsibility of the Partner to provide You with a copy of the applicable terms and conditions during the purchase process and no later than at the conclusion of the agreement with You. In this context, the BVWM23 Organiser is released from any contractual liability to You.

7.2 For purchases from a Partner, the cancellation and refund policy is governed solely by the Partner's general terms and conditions. The BVWM23 Organiser bears no liability whatsoever.

8. Privacy

8.1 When purchasing and/or using BVWM23 Products and/or Services, personal data will be processed in accordance with the BVWM23 Organiser's privacy policy, as available at www.bvbe.be.

8.2 When purchasing through a Partner, You are subject to the privacy policy of that party. The BVWM23 Organiser has no control over the information You enter there and how it is processed and is in no way responsible for it. It is Your responsibility to use this thoughtfully and read the privacy policies of these third parties carefully before accepting them.

9. Applicable law, competent court and ODR (Online Dispute Resolution)

9.1 These Conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law, to the exclusion of the rules of international private law.

9.2 All disputes shall be settled by the competent court in Tielt (Belgium), to the exclusion of all other courts. However, the BVWM23 Organiser reserves the right to file a claim with the court that would be competent under the legal jurisdiction rules.

9.3 The BVWM23 Organiser hereby informs You of the existence of the disputeEuropean Union's 'Online Dispute Resolution' platform. In the event of a , the BVWM23 visitor may request an out-of-court dispute resolution request at http://ec/europa.eu/odr.

10. Other provisions

10.1 If any provision of these Conditions, or any part thereof, is or is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Conditions or the remainder of that provision shall remain in full force and effect and such provision shall be automatically replaced (by operation of law) by a valid provision that is as close as possible to the invalid provision.

 

Annex 1: Access to the BVWM23

1. BVWM23 opening hours

1.1 The opening hours of the BVWM23 are as follows (subject to change): from August 26th, 14:00 hrs to August 27th, 02:00 hrs.

1.2 With a valid BVWM23 Bracelet, the BVWM23 Visitor can check-in on Friday and Saturday until 22:00; after 22:00 it is no longer possible to enter the BVWM23 Site.

2. BVWM23 program

2.1 The BVWM23 Organiser may, for compelling reasons (e.g. weather conditions, security, artist cancellations), be required to change or modify the BVWM23 programme and to close BVWM23 stages. In this case, the BVWM23 entry ticket will remain valid and no entry tickets will be refunded or exchanged (in whole or in part).

 

Annex 2: BVWM23 house rules

BVWM23 aims to offer a safe place, where everyone feels welcome and comfortable, where no one faces discrimination or harassment. We wish that everyone, regardless of gender, orientation, culture, religion, ethnicity or disabilities, can be themselves, feel safe and be treated respectfully at the BVWM23. To achieve this, we expect all visitors to behave responsibly, and the following house rules apply to all visitors of the BVWM23 (the 'House Rules').

The House Rules are an integral part of the Conditions and are also posted at the entrance to the BVWM23.

The House Rules are always implemented in accordance with locally applicable rules and regulations.

1. Tickets and Bracelets

  • Tickets for the BVWM23 and/or Bracelets are non-refundable or -exchangeable, unless otherwise specified in the ‘General terms and conditions ‘Bearded Villains World Meet 2023’ (BVWM23)’.

  • In case of loss or theft of BVWM23 tickets and/or Bracelets, these will not be replaced or refunded.

  • Persons under 18 will not be admitted, unless accompanied by a parent, guardian and/or other adolescents. BVWM23 Visitors born in 2005 (or before) will be admitted to the BVWM23, even if the age of 18 is not reached until after the BVWM23.

  • The BVWM23 Organiser reserves the right to check the identity of the BVWM23 Visitor when checking the ticket and/or scanning the BVWM23 Entry Ticket. If you are unable to present a valid identification document, security is authorised to refuse you access to the BVWM23. The following are considered valid identification documents: identity card, passport or driving licence. Copies will not be accepted. If you are caught with a false identity document, this will be considered identity fraud and you will be refused entry to the BVWM23. You will also face criminal charges.

  • Tickets for the BVWM23 may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes without prior permission from the BVWM23 Organiser.

  • Tickets for the BVWM23 and/or BVWM23 Bracelets may not be resold without the express and written consent of the BVWM23 Organiser. Tickets for the BVWM23 that are resold without this express and written consent of the BVWM23 Organiser and/or official ticket vendor shall not entitle you to enter the BVWM23. The BVWM23 Organiser also reserves the right to cancel tickets for the BVWM23 as soon as it is established that tickets for the BVWM23 have been offered for sale despite this prohibition. The costs resulting from such cancellation shall be recovered from the buyer.

  • Changes in the line-up will not result in a full or even partial refund of the ticket for the BVWM23.

  • Forgery of tickets, Vouchers and/or BVWM23 Bracelets will be prosecuted.

2. Access control

  • Access control is based on applicable legislation, aimed at detecting weapons and dangerous objects. Should these items be present on the BVWM23 grounds, they could have a negative impact on the smooth running of the event or endanger the safety of visitors.

  • Entry to the BVWM23 site may be refused and visitors may be removed from the BVWM23 Site (without entitlement to a refund of the entry fee) if, in the opinion of the BVWM23 Organiser or its representatives, a visitor is or could reasonably constitute a danger to himself and/or others visitors, in particular if the visitor: (the following list is not exhaustive):

o is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;

o is in possession of drugs or dealing drugs;

o had previously been refused entry to other events/meetings by the BVWM23 Organiser or other authorities;

o displays behaviour or wears clothing clearly aimed at disturbing the peace, provoking or inciting violence, hatred, anger, xenophobia, racial hatred, etc;

o endanger the lives of other visitors;

o is in possession of prohibited items;

o refuses to be searched by authorised security personnel;

o refuses or fails to comply with the Conditions.

2. Security check

  • Entry to the BVWM23 Site implies acceptance of all prevention and control measures taken by the BVWM23 Organiser or security team, including the search of persons and bags.

  • Anyone wishing to enter the BVWM23 Site may be searched by authorised security personnel before gaining access to the BVWM23 Site, always in accordance with local applicable laws and regulations.

  • Authorised security personnel may ask people of the same sex to be searched and/or have their clothes and luggage searched to intercept prohibited items as set out in the House Rules (as incorporated herein). If prohibited items are found, security personnel have the right to confiscate them and refuse their owner access to the BVWM23. In case of such confiscation or refusal, no refund will be made.

  • Everyone present on the BVWM23 Site must at all times comply with the instructions and guidelines of the BVWM23 Organiser or his authorised representatives on the BVWM23 Site, in order to ensure public order and safety during the BVWM23.

  • For security reasons, the BVWM23 Organiser reserves the right:

- to pause or stop the BVWM23;

- to prevent visitors from leaving the BVWM23 grounds until further notice;

- to ask visitors to leave the BVWM23 Site;

- to refuse visitors access to the BVWM23 Site, even if they are in possession of a valid admission ticket.

  • Visitors to are not allowed:

o to enter zones to which their BVWM23 Bracelet does not grant access (backstage, the direction zone, stages, etc.);

o to climb on tents, structures, fences, light bridges, benches or other structures on the BVWM23 Site;

o to block entrances, exits and emergency exits;

o to disguise themselves so as to be unrecognisable with the intention of disturbing the peace or endangering the safety of other visitors;

o to sell food, drinks or other products without the express permission of the BVWM23 Organiser;

o throwing or shooting objects in solid, liquid or gas form;

o to smoke in places where smoking is prohibited, especially in tents, buildings and other indoor venues;

o to urinate in public, except in places provided for that purpose;

o to wear full face masks (masks, morph suites, etc.);

o to park a vehicle without official permission from the BVWM23 Organiser. Cars may be towed away at the owner/user's expense;

o to take down, tear down or destroy decorations;

o to steal decorations or other material owned by the BVWM23 Organiser, its employees and/or its suppliers;

o to make open fire;

o to do crowd surfing or stage diving;

o to be involved in in any (sexual) criminal offences;

o to wear texts, symbols, objects, clothing and/or other (visible) external expressions that explicitly refer to a political, social movement or group. Anything indicating discrimination, incitement or racism is strictly prohibited.

3. Prohibited items

  • The following items are prohibited on the BVWM23 Site:

o bring your own food and drinks to the BVWM23 Site

o drugs or other illegal mind-altering substances;

o deodorant or perfume in packages of more than 100 ml

o other objects (laser pens, etc.) that security personnel decide pose a risk to other BVWM23 visitors;

o projectiles or explosives in solid, liquid or gas form;

o flammable products or materials and aerosols;

o pyrotechnic articles (fireworks, flares, etc.);

o other weapons or sharp, pointed objects (sticks, chains, knives, etc.);

o banners or objects with discriminatory and/or provocative texts or expressions that may be used to disturb the peace, or that may endanger the safety of the crowd and/or cause injury or damage to persons and property;

o animals (except guide dogs for the vision impaired people);

o drones;

o any other objects that the BVWM23 Organiser or its representatives deem dangerous to the organisation and passage of the BVWM23 and/or other visitors.

  • However, the following items are allowed on the BVBE Even::

o guide dogs for visually impaired people;

o disposable or pocket cameras;

o pinless retractable umbrellas (not parasols);

o sunscreen, cosmetics, deodorant in packs of up to 100 ml;

o refreshers / atomisers, small backpacks or other bags.

o selfie sticks that are less than 1 m long when extended and are intended for photography only.

  • The directives and instructions of the (security) staff should always be followed immediately. In case of suspicion or actual possession of illegal or dangerous products, security personnel have the right to stop and search the person concerned.

4. Drug policy = zero tolerance

  • BVBE has an absolute zero tolerance policy on drugs! It is forbidden to carry and/or use drugs on the BVWM23 Site. If you are caught doing so, you will be removed from the BVWM23 Ste. This policy is strictly enforced and in any event means that the case will be handed over to the police. All visitors will be allowed to deposit drugs in special drug barrels without any (legal) consequences before entering the BVWM23 Site.

  • It is forbidden to deal drugs on the BVWM23 Site. If such a violation is uncovered, you will be removed from the BVWM23 Site and handed over to the police.

  • If a visitor is prescribed certain medication for health reasons, he/she must present a valid medical certificate before being allowed to bring that specific medication onto the BVWM23 Site.

5. The BVWM23 site - damage to materials

  • The location of the BVWM23, is a very nice location Therefore, all visitors are requested to do their bit to keep the surroundings as clean as possible. On the BVWM23 Site, and the car parking, it is clearly marked where you can leave your rubbish.

  • The BVWM23 Organiser puts in a lot of effort and manpower to make the BVWM23 an inviting world. We ask every visitor to show due respect! Tearing off, breaking or any other form of destruction to the material of the BVWM23 Organiser or its suppliers, including theft, will result in removal from the BVWM23. Entry will be denied for the remainder of the BVWM23 and may be denied for subsequent years.

6. Merchandise

The official merchandise is only available at the BVWM23 and in BVBE's official webshop.

. Photographs and video recordings - camera surveillance

  • Photo and video recordings will be made during the BVWM23. There is a good chance that you will be filmed. By entering the BVWM23 Site you agree to the processing and use of these images by BVBE dedicated photographers. All photographers appointed by the Event Organizer wear a 'BVWM23 Photographer' badge.

  • Camera surveillance at the BVWM23 will be carried out in accordance with local legislation. These recordings will only be used for security purposes during the BVWM23 and will not be passed on to third parties, except to the competent authority upon receipt of a formal request.

  • Digital cameras and/or video cameras are allowed on the grounds with the exception of (semi-)professional equipment. Our advice: make as many videos as possible and post them on the various social media channels!

8. Toilets

Use of toilets is free of charge at the BVWM23. It is strictly forbidden to urinate in public, except in the places provided for that purpose. If you are caught urinating in public, you risk being removed from the BVWM23 Site.

9. Smoke

Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas (such as tents, buildings and indoor venues).

10. Promotion

It is forbidden to distribute flyers or put-up posters during the BVWM23. Visitors wishing to promote their own events need explicit consent of BVBE.

11. Safety in front of and around the stage

11.1 Prohibited actions

Crowd surfing and stage diving are prohibited at the BVWM23. Expulsion from the BVWM23 Site when this rule is not observed is the logical consequence.

Visitors to the BVWM23 should not block any entrances, exits and emergency exits.

12. Loss or damage

The artists and organisers of the BVWM23 cannot be held liable for damage, loss or theft, nor for any other accident.

13. Force majeure

The BVWM23 Organiser may be forced to close stages due to weather conditions or other force majeure events. This will not result in a partial or full refund.

14. Parking

Parking is available near the BVWM23 ground. It is not possible to reserve a specific car park or parking space.

The visitor expressly agrees to indemnify the BVWM23 Organiser against any liability for damages caused to, theft of or other accidents involving vehicles or persons in the official parking lots of the BVWM23.

15. Disability

Visitors with disabilities can use the reserved car park upon presentation of a blue parking card. Please notify us in advance if you wish to use this possibility, by sending an e-mail to bvbewm23@gmail.com.

 

 

Annex 3: Voucher sale

1. General

1.1 A BVWM23 Voucher is an additional purchase from the BVWM23 Organiser for the provision of services, whether or not provided by an independent third party (e.g. food truck, drinks,... ) operating on or around the BVWM23 Site.

If You purchase Vouchers, the aforementioned third party may be Your contractor. If so, You enter into an agreement with them and are subject to their own terms and conditions for the purchase made. Please note that these terms and conditions will prevail in case of conflict or ambiguity. In such situations, the BVWM23 Organiser shall be exempt from any contractual liability with regard to the services purchased vis-à-vis You.

1.2 Every purchase of Vouchers is final. It is not possible to cancel or change a Voucher.

1.3 In case of force majeure preventing the performance of services related to the Voucher, the value of the Vouchers will be compensated in accordance with applicable law. No further compensation can be claimed.
