Half a pig slowly cooked over an open fire. Then pulled apart. This comes between a roll of Himschoot. On top comes couscous, harissa mayo and green herb yoghurt.

A whole lamb, cooked over the fire for 6hrs. Then pulled apart and seasoned. This comes between a roll of Himschoot. On top comes couscous, harissa mayo and green herb yoghurt.
Oystermushroom Burger
Smoked oyster mushrooms. Then pulled apart and mixed with barbecue sauce. This comes between a roll of Himschoot. On top comes couscous, harissa mayo and green herb yoghurt.
Berloumi Burger
Grilled Berloumi from Berlare. This comes between a Himschoot sandwich. On top comes pointed cabbage, tomato, pickled chili and bearnaise mayo.
Belgian waffles
During the meet you will be able to taste the finest waffles Belgium has to offer! You can choose between the famous Brussels waffles or the sweet Liege waffles.
French fries
In the evening, there will be a French fry food stand where you can eat delicious fresh French fries with a wide selection of sauces.
