Regulations & Guidelines

Annual Contribution:

Members are required to contribute a non-refundable fee of 50€ per year. This contribution is mandatory and remains applicable even if a member decides to leave BVBE or is voted out by our ”BVBE MT” for valid reasons.

Social Media Accounts:

Members must have active IG account and Line/Discord accounts for communication and coordination purposes.

Membership Administration:

”BVBE MT” have the authority to invite or remove members from Line chatrooms and discord , unless otherwise announced. Announcements and Communication: Important messages and notes will be communicated by ”BVBE MT” on Line and/or discord. Members are encouraged to suggest necessary announcements, and propositions/requests are welcomed and will be promptly considered.

Engagement and Participation:

Regularly check and read discord announcements /Line Notes, responding with a hat or knife providing answers to questions asked. Attend a minimum of 2 official BVBE meetings per year, as announced on Line, through a Note by ”BVBE MT”, or via official BVBE email.

Representation and Authorization:

Members must not organize any meeting/event or officially represent BVBE without prior consultation and authorization from ”BVBE MT”.

Code of Conduct:

Act as a gentleman and treat BVBE and fellow members with respect, both online and offline.

Disciplinary Actions:

Bad behavior, serious violations, or prolonged inactivity may lead to exclusion from BVBE. Any such cases will be discussed by ”BVBE MT”, who may take appropriate actions.

Democratic Decision-Making:

Members are encouraged to actively participate in decision-making processes. Club decisions, such as charity goals and rule changes, can be subject to a vote within a specified timeframe to ensure inclusive decision-making.

Regular Meetings:

BVBE will conduct regular meetings in person, to discuss club matters. Members are encouraged to suggest agenda items in advance.

Membership-Driven Events:

Members have the freedom to propose, plan, and organize events, fostering a diverse range of activities within the club.

Open Communication Channels:

Establish and maintain open communication channels, such as Line chat/discord, where members can share ideas, ask questions, and collaborate on club initiatives.

Creative Contests:

Members can suggest themes for creative contests on platforms like Instagram, enhancing engagement and creativity.

Collaborative Merchandise Design:

Members are invited to design and vote on club merchandise, promoting a sense of ownership and pride.

Beard Tips and Tricks Sharing:

Create platforms for members to share beard care tips, grooming routines, and product recommendations through newsletters, social media, or dedicated club resources.

Charity Nomination and Voting:

Members can nominate and vote on charitable causes, aligning the club's philanthropic efforts with the values of its members.

and inclusive environment of Bearded Villains Belgium.
